Student Christmas Gift

RUDOLPH AND HIS NOSE

Last year I gave my Firsties a super cute christmas gift. You have probably seen it before on Pinterest. It is all over the internet. But I want to share our christmas gift anyway with you.

I did not find any red lollipops. Swiss supermarkets probably do not sell any strawberry lollipops at all ;). I had to improvise a little and wrapped the lollipop (all different kind of) in red tissue paper. This is super easy and takes no time.

Cutting out over 20 little Rudolphs... Brrr! Not a good idea.
Lucky me I found Stephanies amazing blog and she not only shared her version of the Rudolph-Lollipos she also shares a Silhouette Cameo cutting file! Thanks to Stephanie because I did not only save a LOT of time, my Rudolph looked so much better than if I would have cut them on my own.

I added cute little faces with my Sharpie.

And, like Stephanie, I wrote a christmas note to my students. "Ich wünsche dir frohe Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr 2016 2017. Deine Lehrerin". Is German and simply means: I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2016 2017. Your teacher.

My First Graders loved their Rudolph-Lollipos a lot!

Thank you for visiting!
Lots of love from Switzerland,

Alessandra
